About the Role

Ausbildung Maschinen- und Anlagenführer Schwerpunkt Metall- und Kunststofftechnik (d/w/m) – Mannheim 2027

Du interessierst dich für Maschinen und Anlagen und bist bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen?

Dann starte deine Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (d/w/m) mit dem Schwerpunkt Metall- und Kunststofftechnik ab September 2027 bei Essity!

Dein Profil:

  • Hauptschulabschluss oder gleichwertig

  • Du packst gerne mit an und interessierst dich für technische und handwerkliche Themen

  • Du bist bereit im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten um mit deinen Kolleg*innen unsere Produktion am Laufen zu halten

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Anlagen zur Verarbeitung unserer Fertigprodukte wie Tempo oder Zewa

  • Steuerung des Materialflusses und Vorbereitung der Arbeitsabläufe

  • Reinigung und Wartung der Anlagen der Produktionsanlagen

  • Qualitätskontrolle unserer Endprodukte

Wie du lernst:

  • Nach 2 Jahren hast du eine anerkannte Ausbildung

  • Theorie an der Carl-Benz-Berufsschule in Mannheim

  • Die Praxis lernst du direkt an „deiner“ Maschine

Deine Vergütung:

  • 1. Ausbildungsjahr: 1251€ brutto

  • 2. Ausbildungsjahr: 1320€ brutto

Außerdem gibt’s bei uns Urlaubsgeld, ein 13. Monatsgehalt und einen erfolgsabhängigen Bonus on top!
