About the Role

Ausbildung Papiertechnologe (d/w/m) – Mannheim 2027

Du magst Technik und Chemie und wolltest schon immer mal wissen, wie man Papier herstellt?

Dann starte deine Ausbildung als Papiertechnologe (d/w/m) ab September 2027 bei Essity!

Dein Profil:

  • Hauptschulabschluss oder gleichwertig

  • Du hast handwerkliches Geschick und Interesse an physikalischen und chemischen Prozessen

  • Du bist körperlich fit und hast kein Problem in Schichten zu arbeiten

Wir bieten dir:

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung und Steuerung einer unserer Wattemaschinen  

  • Reinigung und Wartung der Maschine

  • Entnahme von Stoffproben und Qualitätskontrolle im Labor

  • Ursachenerkennung und Beseitigung von Störungen

Wie du lernst:

  • 3 Jahre – falls du sehr gute Leistungen hast, kannst du auf 2,5 Jahre verkürzen

  • Theorie im Papierzentrum Gernsbach – die Kosten für die Unterbringung übernehmen wir  

  • Praxis an „deiner“ Wattemaschine

Deine Vergütung:

  • 1. Ausbildungsjahr: 1251€ brutto

  • 2. Ausbildungsjahr: 1320€ brutto

  • 3. Ausbildungsjahr: 1382€ brutto

Außerdem gibt’s bei uns Urlaubsgeld, ein 13. Monatsgehalt und einen erfolgsabhängigen Bonus on top!
