About the role
Job SummaryThe Tendering Manager is responsible for managing a team of professionals in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. This role ensures the accuracy and competitiveness of tenders and supports the sales process with technical expertise.
This job profile is intended for People Managers of more senior expert-level employees (P20–P40, M20).

Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of technical sales proposals.
Ensure proposals meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Estimate costs, resources, and timelines for custom solutions.
Conduct technical briefings for customers and internal stakeholders.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and support initial training.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and finance teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of relevant work experienceare minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
Strong leadership in technical sales environments.
Expertise in tendering and proposal development.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
