Overview
An ALP RN (Adult Living Program Registered Nurse) who is UAS (Uniform Assessment System) certified plays a vital role in providing care and support to adults in a living program setting. Their job description typically includes conducting comprehensive assessments using the UAS, developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They also provide education and support to clients and their families while monitoring and evaluating patient progress. Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Valid UAS certification
