Stock Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Koopman Lumber
Department: Retail Operations
Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Manager
Open: Monday thru Friday 6:30 - 4:00 & Some Saturdays
Employment Type: Part-Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Stock Associate to join our team at Koopman Lumber! In this role, you’ll keep the store stocked, clean, and organized while assisting customers with questions and providing great service. This is a hands-on, active position that balances stocking tasks with customer interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Help customers with product questions, locations, pricing, and promotions.
- Stock, clean, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Process and put away incoming stock.
- Communicate inventory issues and customer requests through reporting tools.
- Assist with cycle counts, price updates, and other stock-related duties.
- Provide courteous, professional service at all times.

Requirements
Physical Demands
- Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
- Regular bending, reaching, climbing, lifting, and squatting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
