Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Psychologist in Leavenworth, Kansas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• High-impact behavioral health opportunity within a correctional and detention environment serving adult populations
• Lead psychological services, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention activities within an institutional setting
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, security personnel, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Opportunity to influence patient outcomes through evidence-based psychological care and behavioral health programming
• Onsite role supporting both male and female detainee populations within an ICE detention facility

COMPENSATION
• Base salary: $165,000-$175,000 annually
• Signing bonus may be available during negotiations

SCHEDULE
• Full-time onsite position
• No travel required
• Facility-based behavioral health role

ROLE
• Conduct psychological assessments, screenings, and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
• Conduct rounds in segregation and other confined housing areas
• Assess inmate adjustment and mental health treatment needs
• Coordinate care with psychiatry, nursing, medical, educational, chaplain, and security teams
• Support behavioral health programming and psychological service delivery
• Direct and coordinate activities related to psychological services within the facility

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Psychology REQUIRED
• Current unrestricted Kansas Psychologist license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year experience in a comparable psychologist position REQUIRED
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable working onsite within a correctional or detention environment REQUIRED
• Corrections or detention experience preferred
• Must be willing to work onsite at facility location
