About the Job

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager, Aesthetics to take ownership of our Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

This is a field-based sales role for someone who knows how to build trust, open doors and grow accounts in a competitive market. You’ll be working with cosmetic clinics, healthcare practitioners and clinic teams to grow Galderma’s leading aesthetics portfolio across your territory.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, QLD, you’ll have the autonomy to run your territory with purpose, from planning customer activity and identifying growth opportunities, through to delivering strong commercial outcomes.

This role would suit someone who is commercially sharp, confident with customers and passionate about the aesthetics industry. You’ll bring a proactive growth mindset, strong territory ownership and the drive to build long-term partnerships, not just chase short-term wins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the Sunshine Coast, Queensland territory.

  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare practitioners, clinic owners, clinic teams, KOLs and industry stakeholders.

  • Drive sales across Galderma’s Aesthetics portfolio, delivering against territory, state and national targets.

  • Identify growth opportunities through account planning, customer reviews and clear commercial conversations.

  • Plan regular customer activity to ensure strong territory coverage and meaningful engagement.

  • Keep customer activity, training stock and CRM records accurate and compliant, in line with SOPs and internal compliance requirements.

Ideally you will have

  • Proven sales experience across aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, skincare, healthcare or another premium, relationship-led category.

  • Ideally, experience selling into healthcare professionals, clinics or specialist medical environments.

  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

  • Confidence influencing healthcare professionals, clinic owners and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and the ability to spot growth opportunities.

  • A proactive growth mindset, with the confidence to open new doors and build long-term account growth.

  • An organised, resilient approach to managing a territory.

  • Confidence using CRM systems, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • A Business or Science degree would be highly regarded.
