ABOUT MARKET BROILER: Market Broiler rose from the tradition of California seafood landmarks dating back to the 1950's. It's a casual, comfortable, moderately-priced, full-service, restaurant where fresh fish and seafood are prepared by award winning chefs. In addition to 18 unique fish offering daily, entrees of fresh chicken or aged beef as well as signature salads and pasta are offered. The food is flavorful and portions are generous. Our popular sourdough bread is served warm at your table as a part of the meal. ABOUT MB GRILLE: Our Fresh New Concept. Along with a new upgraded Dock-to-Dish menu, we have extended the Bar area, added 16 Draft Beer handles, elevated the Wine List, modernized our hand-crafted Cocktails, and enclosed an area for large parties to reserve for Private Dining. Market Broiler History

The Market Broiler Restaurant brand was launched in Riverside, CA in 1989. The flagship restaurant has earned the coveted Best for Seafood crown for over three decades and is recognized as the The Best Restaurant in Riverside by the readers of the Riverside Press-Enterprise.

Since first opening our doors, six additional Market Broiler/MB Grille locations have been opened throughout California. The Fremont and Huntington Beach locations have been designed with a casual neighborhood feel, while our locations in Orange, Ontario, Simi Valley, and Torrance reveal larger, higher traffic versions of Market Broiler with an entertainment vibe.

Our back-of-the-house team is growing and we are looking to hire experienced COOKS.

We welcome you to apply if you have the following:

- At least 6 months prior work experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant

- Ability to work in a fast pace environment

- Experience in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures

- Knowledge of Safe Food Handling, Sanitation, and safety procedures

- Food Handlers Card

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and a team player mentality

What We Will Do For YOU:

  • Pay rate: $17.75 - $23.00 PLUS Tips depending on location and experience
  • Hours are variable 25-40 hours per week, AM/PM shifts available.
