About the Role

- Salary: $92,672 - $115,840 plus sales incentives opportunity!

Position Responsibilities:
- The District Sales Manager executes all sales priorities and initiatives including managing budgets and profit & loss statements
- As a District Sales Manager, you'll oversee the implementation of marketing agreements, ensure compliance with calendar promotions, and execute all channel, packaging, and pricing strategies effectively.
- You will develop and maintain relationships with accounts by continuing consistent interactions with retail store level and local chain leaders as well as providing a feedback loop to the sales leadership team on market conditions and competition
- You will foster a culture of learning by coaching team members with execution of all engagement initiatives to build a strong team
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of supervisory experience
- Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
