PRODUCT
Vantis is building a product suite to run and scale modern primary care.
Vantis AI Assistant supports physicians before, during, and after the visit: it summarizes patient history, drafts documentation, highlights treatment and prevention opportunities, and can generate a patient friendly visit summary.
Automation agents handle high frequency workflows across practices and the group, from prescriptions, recalls, and follow ups to back office processes in HR, accounting, and finance.
Analytics provides real time transparency across sites on daily operations, helping teams identify bottlenecks, standardize best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
TEAM
Vantis is built by a team that unites primary care operations with technology, AI, and analytics. Because we run and digitize sites ourselves, we can design workflows and software that fit clinical reality and actually work day to day for clinicians and practice teams.

Mit modernen Behandlungsformen und fortschrittlichen Systemen schaffen wir ein Umfeld, in dem sich Patient:innen und Praxisteam gleichermaßen wohl fühlen.Für unsere Vantis Hausarztpraxis Zehlendorf in Berlin suchen wir einen Arzt / Ärztin in Weiterbildung (m/w/d) für das Fachgebiet Innere Medizin in der Facharztausbildung Allgemeinmedizin in Vollzeit ab 01.09.2026.
Responsibilities
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Behandlung der Patient:innen von der Symptomerfassung über die Diagnosestellung bis hin zur Behandlungsplanung und -umsetzung
- Als Teil der Patientenberatung klären Sie über verschiedene Behandlungsoptionen auf
- Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Visite der betreuten Pflegeeinrichtungen
- Sie führen selbstständig Hausbesuche durch

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium und eine Approbation als Ärzt:in
- Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit im ambulanten Sektor und in einer hausärztlichen Praxis
- Sie haben Lust, die hausärztliche Versorgung kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Sie sind digitalaffin und begeistern sich für innovative Technologien
- Sie sprechen Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau
