Are you outgoing, motivated, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service?  Five Star Chevrolet is looking for a BDC Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for our customers and help drive our dealership's success.

As a BDC Sales Agent, you'll connect with customers through phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries, schedule appointments, and create a positive first impression that leads to vehicle sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails
  • Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication
  • Confirm appointments and maximize customer show rates
  • Update customer information in the CRM system
  • Provide outstanding customer service while helping achieve dealership sales goals

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screen prior to employment
