About the Role

Join our team at Automated Dairy as a Service Technician and become a crucial part of our mission to support dairy production at its best! As a Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining dairy equipment. Don't worry if you're new to some aspects - we provide comprehensive training in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, welding, refrigeration, and pneumatic skills. Salary: 

· $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • 8-hour shift
  • On call

Requirements

  Essential Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls and dairy emergencies.
  • Complete scheduled maintenance work orders.
  • Manage and regulate truck inventory levels to ensure readiness for      any situation.
  • Obtain and maintain all required certifications.
  • Foster positive relationships with both customers and coworkers.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various tools, including phones and computers, is a must for tasks such as handling service calls, completing work orders, and utilizing on-site training tools, inventory management, and time tracking. 
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • The position entails 8-hour shifts with on-call rotations.  
  • Must be able to take and pass a physical agility test, background, and drug test.
