Larson Volkswagen is seeking a motivated and dependable Service Lot Attendant to support our busy service team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining an organized and polished workspace, enjoys working with a team, and is looking for opportunities to grow within the automotive industry. 

The Ideal Candidate 

We’re looking for someone who is: 

• Dependable, punctual, and professional 
• Motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic 
• Comfortable working outdoors and handling vehicles safely 
• Eager to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment 

What You’ll Do 

• Greet customers with a professional and friendly demeanor 
• Assist in moving and staging vehicles for service appointments 
• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles to maintain a polished appearance 
• Provide courtesy transportation for customers as requested 
• Organize and track vehicles on the lot to ensure smooth workflow 
• Support the service team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Clear and Valid Driver's License. 
• Ability to multi-task. 
• Ability to follow directions. 
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission. 
• Ability to work with little to no direction. 
• Effective communication skills 
• Clean driving record. 
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screen.
