Job Description

We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeeping Attendant to join our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel. If you take pride in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest service, we would love to hear from you.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding guest experience by ensuring guest rooms, suites, and public areas are maintained to the highest luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms and suites to 5-star standards.
  • Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and maintain room presentation.
  • Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Report maintenance issues and lost property according to hotel procedures.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments.

Qualifications

- Previous Housekeeping experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
