Since our humble beginnings, we've grown to 15 restaurants across Queensland and beyond, making the iconic Greek Yiros experience accessible to more people every day. We believe great food is more than just a meal; it's about connection, community, and culture.

Times: Breakfast/Lunch & Dinner Flexibility 

Ready to step up and lead? If you have supervisory experience in fast food or hospitality and love working in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make your mark at one of Queensland's favourite Greek street food brands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard

• Supervising and supporting team members including juniors

• Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results

• Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs

• Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally

• Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation

• Cash handling and register operation

• Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitality

• A natural leader who can motivate and support a team

• Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene

Mandatory Requirements

• I'm Alert Food Safety Certificate (free online, must be completed before starting)

• Valid working rights in Australia (passport and visa grant letter for international workers)

• RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment (Restaurant dependant)
