Strategy, Planning & Analytics Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers.
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Contribute the preparation of presentations and materials for management reviews and discussions.
Ensure consistency, reliability, and timeliness of all reporting outputs.
2. Planning & Financial Analysis
Support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
Build and maintain financial models, projections, and business cases to support decision-making.
3. Strategy Support
Assist in strategy development, research, and strategic planning activities.
Support multi-year business planning and strategic initiatives.
4. Project Planning & Coordination
Coordinate cross-functional projects, including store openings, product launches, and other business initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information, align priorities and track timelines and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays where necessary.
Provide day-to-day support to the manager and department as required.
5. Key Deliverables
Accurate and timely management reports, dashboards & presentation-ready materials.
Insightful analysis with clear, actionable recommendations.
Financial analysis and supporting projections.
Project plans, trackers, and status updates.
Performance tracking and KPI reports.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, strategy, or planning roles (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Ability to work with large datasets and complex reports.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
