About The Company
Genesis delivers a smarter way to recover revenue for rental real estate operators. As a licensed third-party collections agency, we specialize in post move-out recovery—helping owners and operators turn unpaid balances into real dollars without adding operational burden or compliance risk. Genesis is trusted with over $1B in unpaid move-out balances and combines experienced collectors, compliant processes, and transparent reporting to drive consistent, measurable recovery results. For earlier post move-out recovery efforts, Genesis powers Bend, a revenue automation platform designed to engage residents during the early recovery window. Bend uses automated, compliant outreach to resolve easier balances sooner—before escalation is required. When accounts need advanced recovery, they move seamlessly to Genesis. There’s no handoff, no loss of visibility, and no disruption to existing workflows—just a smarter, end-to-end approach to revenue recovery.
