About the Role

    Proficiently prepare and cut various types of meat, including brisket, ribs, sausage, and other BBQ meats, by following established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.

    Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols in handling, storing, and cutting meat to ensure the highest levels of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health and safety standards.

    Operate and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly sanitized to optimize efficiency and safety during meat cutting.

    Communicate effectively with other staff members to fulfill customer orders, maintain an organized workflow, and ensure a smooth operation in the meat block area.

    Provide excellent hospitality by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues in a polite and professional manner.

    Ability to complete tasks asked for by the management team.
