About the Role

Description

Silverton Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care and oversee resident well-being in our long-term care setting.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide and coordinate exceptional resident care
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Develop and document individualized care plans
  • Communicate with physicians and resident families
  • Supervise staff and respond to medical emergencies
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.


Licenses/Certification

Current RN Licensure in the State employed.

Valid CPR Certification.


Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
