Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow associates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Contribute to menu innovation by suggesting seasonal or creative dish ideas.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and workstations in clean, organized condition.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Deliver consistent quality aligned with Roswyn’s brand promise of refined hospitality.
Qualifications &Skills
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training preferred.
- Strong passion for food, creativity, and hospitality.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
