Qualifications

Guest Experience

  • Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction and outlet efficiency.
  • Engage with guests to personalize experiences, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Assist in managing guest lists for special events, banquets, and private dining.
  • Support outlet managers in daily operations and reporting.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with F&B staff to deliver seamless service across outlets.
  • Support colleagues during peak hours to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance hospitality skills and brand knowledge.

Quality & Compliance

  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices in line with hotel policies.
  • Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
  • Maintain consistency across Morgans Originals properties while adapting to Roswyn’s unique identity.
