Mint People are seeking polished, professional, and service-driven Hospitality Staff to join the teams of some of the UK's most prestigious 5-star hotels and luxury hospitality venues.

Your Role

As a member of our luxury hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards and creating memorable guest experiences, including:

✨ Providing attentive, discreet, and personalised service to guests.

🍽️ Taking food and beverage orders with confidence and professionalism.

🥂 Serving food, wine, cocktails, and premium beverages to the highest standards.

🪑 Managing your section efficiently while anticipating guest needs.

🧹 Maintaining immaculate presentation of dining and service areas throughout service.

💳 Handling payments and guest transactions accurately.

🍷 Preparing service areas and ensuring all glassware, cutlery, and equipment are presented to luxury hospitality standards.

😊 Building rapport with guests and consistently exceeding expectations through exceptional customer care.

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous hospitality experience within hotels, fine dining restaurants, premium events, or luxury venues preferred.

✔ Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✔ A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest experiences.

✔ Professional, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.

✔ A proactive approach with outstanding attention to detail.
