About The Company
VETAIN is a growing e-commerce startup from Munich and was founded in 2019 by two friends Philipp Riedl and Luca Gruber. As passionate athletes, Philipp and Luca discovered a gap in the market for healthy, sustainable and, above all, great-tasting sports nutrition. This is how the idea behind VETAIN was born. VETAIN primarily sells protein superfood powders put together by customers themselves, and in the coming months and years it plans to expand its range with other innovative products that meet the demands of the founders and customers. The focus is on high-quality food & nutritional supplements at a fair price. VETAIN focuses on innovative concepts and sustainable product ideas. These are developed and manufactured in-house. In the long term, the Munich-based startup wants to establish itself as a European lifestyle brand.
About the Role

Ihre Aufgaben

Deine Mission 

Du verstehst Shopify, CRO und Brand Experience? Du willst nicht nur einen Shop pflegen, sondern ihn aktiv weiterentwickeln und skalieren? 

Das erwartet dich bei uns:

  • Verantwortung für den Shopify-Store end-to-end

  • Optimierung von Performance, Conversion und User Experience

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Sortiment, Content und Kampagnenflächen

  • Umsetzung von Marketing- und Brand-Kampagnen im Shop

  • Kontinuierliche CRO durch Tests, Funnel-Analysen und Optimierungen

  • Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Markenauftritts

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des E-Commerce-Teams

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Brand und Performance

Ihr Profil

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • Fundierte Shopify-Erfahrung, idealerweise Shopify Plus

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Store-Management, Themes und Apps

  • Nachweisbares CRO-Know-how

  • Starkes Gespür für Ästhetik, UX und Brand

  • Gutes Verständnis für Performance Marketing und Brand Marketing

  • Erste Führungserfahrung

  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch

  • Nice to have: Erfahrung mit GA4, Hotjar, A/B-Test-Tools, HTML/CSS/Liquid
