About the Contract Opportunity

 

Stronghouse is looking for driven, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Independent Roofing Sales Contractors. This isn’t just a job—it’s your chance to run your own business with the backing of a trusted brand. You’ll have the freedom to build your pipeline, manage your schedule, and grow your income—all while leveraging our proven systems, marketing tools, and support resources. We’ll equip you with the training materials and product knowledge you need to succeed—from generating leads to closing deals and seeing projects through to completion.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking
  • Connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships
  • Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them with confidence through the process  
  • Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently  
  • Deliver a top-tier customer experience from first contact to final project

Qualifications:  

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  • Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation  
  • Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results  
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail  
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively  
  • Willing to learn and execute company standards  
  • Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs  
  • Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain)  
  • Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
