About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and education—while working within a collaborative, team-based environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions
- Provide primary care support across multiple specialties
- Perform in-scope procedures
- Collaborate closely with specialists in ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties to ensure continuity and coordination of care
- Utilize E-ClinicalWorks for efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation
- Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in the state of Ohio
- Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
- Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
- Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
- Strong communication and empathy skills—your ability to connect with patients matters as much as your clinical expertise
- Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality care
