Job Description:

1. Project Planning & Engineering Design Support

  • Membantu EMS Regional Office dalam menyusun engineering estimate dan melakukan review gambar proyek.

  • Menyusun desain non-standar untuk pekerjaan sipil, mekanikal, dan elektrikal.

  • Mendukung estate dan mill dalam perencanaan proyek bangunan non-standar, perbaikan jalan, suplai listrik, tanggul, dan sistem perpipaan.

2. Project Execution & Technical Evaluation

  • Membantu estate dan mill dalam pelaksanaan serta evaluasi proyek engineering (ATC / RTC / MMTC).

  • Melaksanakan survei harga material bangunan lokal secara berkala untuk menilai kelayakan biaya proyek.

  • Melakukan inspeksi lapangan bersama estate/mill untuk verifikasi pekerjaan kontraktor (BAPP), proses handover II (retention), serta survei lokasi alternatif proyek.

3. Project Supervision

  • Melakukan supervisi proyek secara berkala dan intensif agar seluruh proyek selesai tepat waktu, sesuai anggaran, dan memenuhi spesifikasi teknis.

  • Melakukan pemeriksaan hasil pekerjaan kontraktor untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan standar teknis yang ditetapkan.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan progres proyek secara rutin/bulanan kepada atasan langsung.

  • Menyusun laporan hasil survei harga material minimal setiap 6 bulan.

  • Menyampaikan hasil survei lokasi proyek sesuai kebutuhan manajemen.

5. Project Evaluation & Cost Control

  • Melakukan evaluasi Bill of Quantity (BQ) dan gambar proyek (MMTC, RTC, ATC).

  • Mengevaluasi kinerja kontraktor dan mandor lapangan.

6. Accountability for Project Delivery

  • Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh proyek yang berada dalam pengawasannya agar selesai sesuai batas waktu, anggaran, dan spesifikasi teknis yang telah ditetapkan.
