About the Role

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on Junior Business Operations to work directly with the CEO and help scale Commit AI’s business operations and go-to-market execution.

This role is suited for a junior to early-career candidate who enjoys working across multiple business areas, bringing structure to evolving processes, and driving execution in a dynamic environment

The role combines business operations, growth support, project coordination, dashboarding, and process improvement, with AI and automation serving as important tools for improving how we work.

 

You will help support and improve key business processes across operations, partnerships, sales, marketing, selected customer initiatives, and the evaluation and follow-up of selected AI R&D tools.

This includes working with HubSpot and partner platforms, helping establish reporting and dashboards, coordinating cross-functional activities, improving internal workflows, and identifying opportunities to make Commit AI a more AI-native company.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day business operations and special projects led by the CEO
  • Help manage and maintain operational processes related to partner programs and funding submissions across platforms such as Microsoft, AWS, and GCP
  • Support HubSpot data quality, deal tracking, process discipline, and reporting
  • Build and maintain business dashboards across sales, operations, and financial tracking
  • Help coordinate selected customer projects to ensure governance routines, follow-up, meetings, and KPI tracking are in place
  • Support business development and partnership activities, including coordination with partners, tools vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for selected AI R&D tools under evaluation, including coordination of initial partner discussions, commercial follow-up, internal alignment, and assessment tracking
  • Coordinate the creation and execution of marketing materials and campaigns with external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze existing internal workflows and identify areas for improvement, standardization, and automation
  • Help implement AI and automation tools that improve internal productivity and business operations
  • Support website, LinkedIn, and related growth operations activities 

Requirements

Ideal candidate

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, operations, growth, industrial engineering, information systems, or a similar hands-on role
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Strong process orientation and ability to analyze, structure, and improve workflows
  • Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, CRM systems, or operational reporting
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Practical day-to-day use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to improve work quality and efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership
  • Hebrew native speaker – must

Advantage

  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
  • Experience working in a startup, consultancy, or high-growth technology company
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, or GCP
  • Familiarity with AI R&D tools, developer tools, or partner-led technology evaluation processes
  • Experience with reporting tools, low-code tools, or basic SQL / Python

 

Additional note

This role is a strong fit for a junior full-time candidate or an early-career professional looking to grow quickly in a high-impact position. For 4th year student candidates, prior relevant hands-on experience in operations, automation, CRM, analytics, or project coordination will be important.
