About the Role
Okoora is building the Operating Layer for Modern Finance, helping companies and platforms manage financially significant activity with greater visibility, control, and execution.
We're looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to work directly with our CEO and take ownership of revenue growth.
This is not a "manage from afar" leadership role. We're looking for a commercial leader who can lead a team, run complex enterprise sales cycles, and personally drive strategic deals to close.
What you'll own:
- Revenue and pipeline conversion
- Sales team leadership and performance
- Enterprise and fintech sales execution
- Forecasting, pipeline discipline, and operating cadence
- Building a scalable sales engine
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading and scaling B2B sales teams
- Strong enterprise closing track record
- Background in fintech, payments, treasury, banking technology, capital markets, or related financial sectors
- Hands-on leadership style and high accountability
- Excellent English communication skills
