We are looking for a B2B Creative Strategist & Design Lead to elevate how we position, present, and promote our business solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of product storytelling, creative direction, and business impact. You will transform complex products (Advertising, Business Messaging, SMB solutions) into clear, compelling narratives and high-impact creative outputs that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and external agencies to ensure that everything we produce is strategic, consistent, and creatively strong.

Responsibilities
- Own B2B Creative Strategy & Storytelling: translate product capabilities into clear value propositions and narratives, structure and craft business pitches, sales decks, and strategic presentations, define creative territories and messaging angles for campaigns and launches and ensure consistency across all B2B touchpoints (Ads, Business Messaging, SMB).
- Lead Campaign Ideation & Go-To-Market Creative: develop campaign concepts and hooks to promote our solutions, propose innovative content and creative approaches across channels (LinkedIn, landing pages, events, CRM), collaborate with content and CRM teams to align storytelling with distribution and performance goals and contribute to lead generation initiatives through strong creative thinking.
- Own Creative Direction & Design Quality: define visual direction and design frameworks for key initiatives (mediakit, product sheets, event branding, campaigns), be the point of contact of our B2B creative agency to set priorities, ensure production quality, manage resources capacities, ensure all assets meet a high standard of clarity, consistency, and impact and maintain and evolve a scalable B2B design system (templates, layouts, visual guidelines).
- Manage & Elevate Agency Output: lead briefing, feedback, and art direction for external creative agencies, push for high-quality, innovative, and on-brand execution, ensure efficient collaboration and clear prioritization of projects and balance speed, quality, and scalability.
- Support Business Teams with High-Impact Assets: deliver and refine sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, product narratives), support partner marketing and event storytelling and provide fast-turnaround design support for key business needs when required.
- Bridge with Brand & Corporate Creative: ensure alignment with global brand guidelines and creative direction, adapt corporate/B2C brand into a strong and differentiated B2B expression and act as the key B2B creative point of contact within the organization.

- Creative & Conceptual Thinking: ability to develop campaign ideas, hooks, and messaging angles, strong sense of what makes content engaging and effective and proactive and idea-driven mindset.
- Design & Creative Direction: solid design background with strong visual judgment, ability to define and guide creative direction (even if not executing everything)and experience working with design systems and templates.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: experience working with Sales, Product, Marketing, and external partners, ability to manage and challenge agencies effectively and strong communication and presentation skills.
