The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality management, and a proven track record of managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all hospitality operations.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to achieve business targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex hospitality operations and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Solid financial management skills including budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
