Are you passionate about turning brand strategy into customer growth? As a Customer Marketing Manager, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to bring our dessert category strategies to life across the U.S. market. You'll translate brand priorities into customer-focused plans that drive execution, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver business results.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, influence commercial planning, and develop tools and insights that support winning customer execution. What You Will Do:

  • Partner with customer sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies
  • Influence brand and marketing initiatives to align with customer needs and opportunities
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, identifying opportunities, risks, and marketplace trends
  • Lead communication and coordination across Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution
  • Develop compelling sales tools, storytelling, and commercialization support
  • Support innovation summits, line reviews, and strategic customer engagements
  • Build scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to improve commercial execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive enterprise initiatives and business performance

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG, retail, customer marketing, category management, or sales planning
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to drive growth
  • Ability to influence across functions and lead through collaboration

 

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $139,000 annually, with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
