MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

The Nutritionist is responsible for assessing patients’ nutritional needs, providing dietary counseling, and supporting preventive healthcare programs within the clinic. The role ensures that patients receive accurate, evidence-based nutrition guidance aligned with their medical conditions and overall wellness goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES
• Conduct nutritional assessments (dietary history, lifestyle, and health status)
•Provide individualized diet plans based on patient needs (e.g., weight management, chronic disease management)
• Assist in company-based health talks or nutrition seminars when required
• Maintain accurate and complete patient nutrition records
• Prepare reports on nutrition-related services rendered
• Ensure proper documentation in clinic systems
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff for integrated patient care
• Coordinate with corporate clients regarding nutrition services when needed
• Participate in case discussions for patients requiring multidisciplinary care
• Ensure adherence to company policies, clinical standards, and DOH regulations
• Participate in audits (ISO, DOH, internal reviews) related to nutrition services
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND)
• Experience: With 1-2 years practice in a clinical set-up
• Other Skills:  Computer literate with typing skills, Proficient in MSWord and Excel; Good oral and written communication skills and with pleasing personality.
