Senior Leadperson-Indirect

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist with administrative duties of the department. Help train, schedule, and coach hourly employees to assure product meets prescribed quality standards while meeting production goals. Assure compliance with all policies regarding safety and conduct.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Lead or similar experience with a high level of responsibility. Ability to read prints, experience with PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teamcenter. Knowledge of support areas and familiarity with mainframe and styling sheets will be helpful.
SPECIAL SKILLS OR TOOLS REQUIRED:
Must have the ability to work well with people and have good communication and planning skills. Individual must be a self-starter who puts safety and quality first. Always have a positive attitude. Willing to train the right person with motivation to learn new skill sets.
