Job Description
This role is based in our Menara Skymind office.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Consulting Delivery to lead a high-performing team of research analysts responsible for producing custom research and analysis deliverables. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring the successful, on-time delivery of high-quality consulting engagements, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of research analysts, ensuring expertise in delivering high-quality, impactful consulting deliverables. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to support continuous learning and growth.
- Proactively leverage capacity forecasting models to anticipate future resource needs based on the volume and complexity of upcoming consulting projects. Collaborate with Consulting leads and stakeholders to understand project pipelines and client demands.
- Use a capabilities decision matrix to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of consulting delivery. Lead initiatives for process optimization, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency in research execution and consulting delivery.
- Partner with I&A Operations to evolve and refine business and operational processes, optimizing quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness. Spearhead automation initiatives in collaboration with the Automation team to enhance the efficiency and scalability of consulting processes.
- Oversee the successful, on-time delivery of high-quality, highly relevant, and differentiated consulting projects that meet client specifications and quality expectations.
- Own the creation, documentation, and standardization of business workflows and process maps. Provide training and ongoing support to ensure adherence to standardized processes.
- Partner with Consulting and Research teams to plan, coordinate, and execute consulting deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams of research analysts, with a strong focus on consulting delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in market research, data analysis methodologies, and consulting delivery, with demonstrable expertise in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) sector.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across research, consulting, and technical teams.
- Proficiency with analytical methodologies, tools, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple consulting projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- A data-savvy mindset with a blend of operational and technical expertise.
