Senior Data Scientist with focus Biomarker research (f/m/d - part/full-time)

Your responsibilities will include

• Hands on data processing and analysis of project data (e.g. trial data, biomarkers, gene expression data)
• Develop predictive models, identify subgroups, perform cutoff determination using basic / advanced statistical methods
• Statistical programming, development of reusable programs (e.g., functions, macros), data visualization, program validation, output generation
• Support non-clinical / clinical development in all phases, study planning (protocol, study design), sample size, reporting, analysis plan (e.g. SAP)
• Customer consulting and direct point of contact

Your profile

• Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or equivalent education or PhD
• At least three years of professional experience in data analysis and clinical research
• Strong expertise in basic and advanced statistical methods, e.g. multivariate statistics, mixed models 
• Very good IT expertise, especially with statistical analysis tools (R required, SAS is a plus)
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
• Precise and accurate way of working 
• Team player with high degree of initiative
• Good English skills, German is an advantage
