Automotive Service Advisor

Service Advisors greet customers, identify service needs, and prepare repair orders. They communicate additional repair recommendations, provide cost estimates, and secure customer approval before work begins.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and understand their service needs
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services
  • Create accurate repair orders
  • Communicate updates and approvals with customers
  • Provide estimates for additional repairs
  • Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge preferred
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Previous service advisor or dealership experience is a plus
  • Successfully pass drug screen and preemployment background check
