We're looking for a Lead Ambassador to join our team at Tehaleh, an award-winning master-planned community known for its active lifestyle, vibrant events, beautiful amenities, and strong resident connections. In this role, you'll serve as a welcoming face of the community while helping deliver exceptional resident experiences through events, programs, amenity operations, and day-to-day engagement.

What You'll Do
Create Exceptional Resident Experiences
- Serve as a warm, welcoming, and professional representative of Tehaleh
- Build positive relationships with residents, guests, and community stakeholders
- Assist residents with questions, requests, and community information
- Help foster a culture of inclusion, connection, and neighborliness
Support Community Events & Programs
- Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community events and activities
- Support resident programs and engagement initiatives designed to strengthen community connections
- Assist with day-before and day-of event responsibilities
- Help create fun, memorable experiences that reflect the community's vision and values
Oversee Amenities & Community Spaces
- Staff community amenities and facilities as needed
- Monitor facility use and help ensure spaces remain welcoming, organized, and well-maintained
- Conduct routine inspections of amenities, equipment, and common areas
- Identify and communicate maintenance, repair, or operational needs to management
Provide Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist the Community Life Team with administrative projects and day-to-day operations
- Maintain organization of supplies, materials, and equipment
- Support coverage needs at Discovery Park Community Center and other community locations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and operations
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree or currently pursuing a college degree preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience
- At least one year working in a professional office environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in challenging situations
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Passion for building relationships and creating positive experiences for others
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with WordPress, database management systems, event platforms, HTML, or similar tools is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Position is scheduled for up to 29 hours per week based on community needs
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
- Able to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- May occasionally support events beginning as early as 6:00 a.m. or ending as late as midnight
