What You’ll Do:

  • Complete service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, appliances, and general building systems
  • Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparations
  • Perform preventive maintenance to help maintain community assets
  • Support emergency maintenance needs and participate in on-call rotations as required
  • Help maintain the overall appearance, safety, and curb appeal of the community
  • Work closely with residents and team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or general maintenance repairs
  • EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality work
