Job Description

As a Key Account Manager you will play a vital role in driving business growth while positioning our portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for delivering commercial success across your territory by achieving sales objectives, strengthening product positioning, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your impact goes beyond sales, you shape perception, trust, and value. In this position you will be field based.

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
    • Demonstrated experience in Ophthalmology is preferred.
    • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
    • Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system and regulatory/compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
    • Proactive and customer-focused, with strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Comfortable using digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI, Outlook and Excel..
