What you do
- Promote and solicit new Serial Keyman / other business to achieve KPIs.
- Manage and grow existing portfolio to achieve KPIs
- Implement business strategies to cultivate and expand Serial accounts
- Exercise prudent credit assessment
- Independently manage the full spectrum of credit process, including preparing credit application report for credit approval, post disbursement credit monitoring, credit review etc.
- Liaise with various internal / external stakeholders to pitch and close cross sells in various aspects, including Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, Global Markets, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Who you are
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in small business banking or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, with a strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide expert advice
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
