Entry-Level HVAC Maintenance Technician / Apprentice

This is an entry-level position, but we're not necessarily looking for someone with HVAC experience. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to take initiative. The right person is a self-starter who enjoys learning, stays busy without being asked, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic service tasks on heating and cooling systems. 
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call. 
• Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment. 
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. 
• Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork. 
• Keep your vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized. 
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
