We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory control processes within our manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring material accuracy, supporting production flow, and maintaining system integrity.

Position Overview
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring materials move efficiently through the production process.
This position works closely with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure inventory data aligns with physical counts and ERP system records.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accuracy & Control
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Material Movement & Tracking
Track raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
Ensure proper documentation of material transfers between departments.
Support production by ensuring materials are available and properly staged.
Verify accuracy of receiving and shipping transactions.
ERP & Reporting
Maintain data integrity within the ERP system.
Generate inventory reports for leadership and purchasing teams.
Support month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting.
Assist with inventory forecasting and demand planning support.
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with Purchasing on material planning.
Work with Production to improve inventory flow.
Support Quality in managing nonconforming material documentation.
Assist Finance with audit preparation and reporting.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management processes.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to analyze discrepancies and solve problems effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
