Fenix Resources Ltd (ASX: FEX) is a fully integrated mining, logistics and port services business operating in Western Australia’s Mid-West. With a current production rate of over 4 million tonnes of iron ore per annum and a clear pathway to 10Mtpa, Fenix is building a long-term, sustainable operation.

Fenix is growing at Weld Range following the securing of a 290Mt iron ore resource, underpinning its move toward 10Mtpa and driving expanded mining and logistics activity across the region. Supported by strong global partners and a fully integrated mine-to-port network, Fenix is entering a new phase of growth, backed by a clear production plan and pipeline of development projects.

This is a rare opportunity to join Fenix Resources at a pivotal stage of growth and lead the next phase of our mining operations at Weld Range.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and forming part of the Fenix Leadership Team, the General Manager – Mining will provide strategic and operational leadership across all mining activities. The role is accountable for delivering safe, efficient and profitable mining operations while driving production performance, cost optimisation, operational excellence and long-term growth.

Working closely with Mining, Port and Road Logistics leadership teams, you will play a key role in optimising Fenix's fully integrated mine-to-port supply chain and supporting the Company's vision of becoming a sustainable 10 million tonne per annum iron ore producer.

This position will lead a high-performing team, influence business-wide decision making and contribute to the development of future mining operations and infrastructure across the Weld Range region. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all mining activities at Weld Range, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable operations.
• Deliver production, cost and performance outcomes in line with business objectives, budgets and life-of-mine plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence through effective contractor management, productivity initiatives and optimisation of mining performance.
• Work closely with Technical Services, Projects and Operational teams to support mine planning, future developments and long-term growth.
• Partner with Mining, Port and Road Logistics leaders to optimise Fenix's integrated mine-to-port supply chain.
• Manage operational budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maximise value.
• Contribute as a member of the Fenix Leadership Team, providing strategic input to support the Company's growth objectives.

• A proven track record of delivering strong safety, production and financial outcomes.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, with experience managing large budgets and driving business performance.

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
