Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  •  Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
  •  Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients
  • Collaborate to ensure timely and efficient service
  •  Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
  • Adhere to portion control and waste reduction practices

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience as a line cook in a full service hotel or high volume restaurant.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  •  Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness 
  •  Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
