About the Role
Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead a new service team. If you’re an experienced HVAC professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality service, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support HVAC service technicians
- Manage daily service schedules, dispatching, and job prioritization
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and assist on complex residential and commercial HVAC calls
- Train and mentor service team members
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with parts and inventory teams to ensure job readiness
- Enforce safety and operational standards

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential & commercial)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- EPA Type II certification preferred
- Strong communication, scheduling, and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a service-driven team
- Organized, punctual, and adaptable
