About the Role
School Psychologist – Washington State | Full-Time | Upcoming School Year
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is collaborating with a Washington State school district to recruit a compassionate and highly skilled School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, school-based position provides an opportunity to support a diverse student population while contributing to academic progress, social-emotional development, and overall student success within a collaborative educational environment.
In this role, you will deliver a range of psychological services across multiple grade levels within a structured caseload model. You will support both general education students and those receiving 504 services, assisting in the identification of learning barriers, behavioral concerns, and social-emotional needs while promoting a safe and supportive school environment.
As an integral member of the student services team, you will conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, analyze evaluation data, and assist in determining eligibility for services and appropriate interventions. You will work closely with educators, administrators, counselors, and families to design and implement data-informed, evidence-based strategies that support student growth. Active participation in IEP and 504 meetings will allow you to provide professional recommendations that guide decision-making. Additional responsibilities include consultation, progress monitoring, intervention planning, and ensuring compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field. Applicants must also possess or be eligible for Washington State School Psychologist certification prior to the start date. NASP certification is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate successfully within multidisciplinary teams.
