About the Role

Fouquet's Mykonos is seeking a Storage Supervisor

Located on the shores of Paraga Beach, Fouquet’s Mykonos is the Barrière Group’s first venture in Greece. Blending Cycladic art, Mediterranean horizons and French refinement, this exceptional retreat harmonizes with its natural surroundings to offer 60 suites, 3 private villas, panoramic terraces, and pools. Complete with a rock-carved spa, the ROKA restaurant, and direct beach access, it delivers an intimate yet spectacular Mediterranean experience. 

As a Storage Supervisor, you are the ambassador of operational fluidly and back-of-house excellence, delivered directly to the heart of our resort's daily performance. You will ensure the flawless management, organization, and distribution of inventory, ensuring that every supply chain process reflects meticulous precision.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the hotel's central storage and receiving areas, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Ensure the proper storage, labeling, rotation, and preservation of all inventory in accordance with company procedures and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure the timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Issue materials, supplies, and equipment to departments while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Barrière Group procedures, health and safety regulations, and internal inventory control policies.
  • Supervise and support the Store team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Identify discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock shortages and report them promptly.
  • Prepare inventory and stock movement reports to support operational and financial controls.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining efficient inventory operations?
  • Do you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while ensuring accuracy and accountability?
  • You might just be the talent we're looking for!
  • A degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Storage Supervisor, Storekeeper Supervisor, or Inventory Supervisor in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management procedures, stock control, receiving, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Fluency in English and Greek is required. Any additional language will be considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Your "Plus"? Previous experience with luxury hospitality brands and a strong understanding of hotel operational departments.
