Fouquet's Mykonos is seeking a Receptionist

Located on the shores of Paraga Beach, Fouquet’s Mykonos is the Barrière Group’s first venture in Greece. Blending Cycladic art, Mediterranean horizons and French refinement, this exceptional retreat harmonizes with its natural surroundings to offer 60 suites, 3 private villas, panoramic terraces, and pools. Complete with a rock-carved spa, the ROKA restaurant, and direct beach access, it delivers an intimate yet spectacular Mediterranean experience. 

As a Receptionist, you are the ambassador of first impressions and flawless hospitality, delivered directly at the heart of our guests' experience. You will ensure the seamless management of arrivals, departures, and personalized requests.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience in accordance with Barrière's luxury hospitality standards.
  • Handle reservations, room allocations, guest requests, and billing procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide personalized recommendations regarding hotel facilities, services, restaurants, transportation, and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Concierge, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process administrative tasks using Opera PMS.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily financial procedures in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Barrière Group standards, LQA requirements, and company procedures at all times.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Do you always have a smile on your face?
  • Are hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction your top priorities?
  • You might just be the talent we're looking for!
  • You are proficient in Opera PMS and fluent in both English and Greek. Any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
  • Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure distinguish you.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
  • We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience in a Reception or Front Office position within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
  • Your "Plus"? Previous experience with LQA standards and luxury hospitality brands.
