Job Description:

We seek proactive builders and creative solution architects who confidently challenge conventions to join our APAC Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) Digital Automation Engineering team. This role drives digital automation, intelligent automation, and agentic workflow innovation across APAC SCS operations. You will analyze processes, design automation solutions, and deliver scalable workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and the broader Power Platform, with strong emphasis on technical ownership, solution leadership, and shaping how digital technology and AI transform operations.

Job Responsibilities

Workflow Analysis & Automation Identification

  • Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies, standardization gaps, and automation opportunities

  • Collaborate with process owners to redesign workflows for digital automation readiness and intelligent workflow transformation

  • Assess feasibility, value, and risk of proposed automations using structured engineering methodologies

Solution Design & Engineering

  • Translate business requirements into clear automation logic, solution architectures, and agentic workflow designs.

  • Build modular, scalable, and maintainable automations using Microsoft Power Automate and the Power Platform.

  • Apply engineering discipline to ensure robustness, reusability, and long-term sustainability.

Build, Test & Deploy Automations

  • Configure, test, and deploy cloud and desktop flows with strong attention to reliability and operational impact.

  • Lead UAT cycles and ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and compliance expectations.

  • Manage production deployment with structured change-control practices.

Governance, Documentation & Quality Assurance

  • Produce process maps, PDD/SDD documentation, UAT reports, and basic user guides.

  • Ensure automations comply with governance, security, and audit requirements.

  • Maintain effective monitoring logs for rapid issue diagnosis and continuous reliability improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Enablement

  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth adoption of digital automations.

  • Conduct demos and knowledge-transfer sessions to build digital literacy and confidence.

  • Serve as a trusted engineering partner guiding teams through automation-driven transformation.

Innovation & Capability Expansion

  • Explore emerging capabilities such as AI-assisted automation, agentic workflows, and Power Apps integrations.

  • Recommend new automation opportunities and contribute to the digital automation roadmap.

  • Champion experimentation, continuous improvement, and technology-driven operational innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related fields with strong interest in digital automation.

  • Display ability to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into structured logic.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or similar low-code tools, with willingness to deepen expertise.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in designing reliable automations.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder-engagement skills with confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
