Job Description

We are seeking a Client Account Representative to serve as a trusted point of contact for our clients while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships, provide account support, coordinate client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

  • Monitor client accounts and assist with account-related requests.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Support daily account management activities and administrative tasks.
